Sleep Support Designed Around Your Family
Every child is different, and so is every family. I work with babies, children and young people up to the age of twenty five, building a sleep plan around your child’s needs, your parenting style and what your household can realistically sustain. No rigid routines, no leaving anyone to cry.

How We Can Support You
Four ways I work with families and the professionals who support them. If you are not sure which one fits, the free call will sort that out in fifteen minutes.
- 0 to 12 Months
Babies and Infant Sleep Support
Night wakings, short naps, split nights, early rising and sleep associations. Every plan starts with safer sleep, in line with Lullaby Trust and NHS guidance. No products, no cry it out.
- 0 to 18 years
Children’s Sleep Support
Bedtime resistance, night waking, early morning waking, sleep anxiety, night terrors and children who will not stay in their own bed. Older children take part in their own plan, because one they have not agreed to will not last the week.
- Up to 25 years
SEND Sleep Support
Specialist support for autistic children and young people and those with additional needs. We start with the sensory and environmental picture rather than the behaviour, and we move at a pace your child can cope with. No diagnosis required.
- Schools, nurseries and care teams
Professional Case Consultancy
Paid case consultancy on an individual child whose sleep is affecting attendance, regulation or learning. You get written recommendations your team can act on. I do not deliver staff training or talks.
Sleep Support Packages
Four packages, so you only pay for the level of support you actually need. Most families know which one fits after the free call. If you start with a smaller package and find you want more contact, you can add it on at any point rather than buying again.

Gentle, Evidence Based and Family Centred
I do not believe in rigid sleep training or one size fits all methods. A plan that ignores your child’s temperament, your values or what you are willing to do at two in the morning is a plan that gets abandoned by day four.
Instead we start with understanding. What your child actually needs, how you want to parent, and what your family’s rhythm really looks like. Then we build from there.
Principles:
- Responsive and respectful methods, with no controlled crying
- Grounded in sleep science and current safer sleep guidance
- Your emotional wellbeing counts as much as your child’s sleep
- Realistic steps for real families, not an ideal that does not exist
- Honest advice, including telling you when you do not need me
How It Works
Get In Touch
Start with a friendly, no pressure fifteen minute call. I may ask you to fill in a short sleep diary beforehand so I can see what your child’s nights actually look like rather than relying on memory.
Assessment and Chat
We go through your child’s sleep patterns and daytime routine together, by phone or video call. If you are in Herefordshire we can do this face to face. I will share practical tips and resources from this first conversation, so you leave the call with something even before the plan exists.
Your Personalised Sleep Plan
I write a gentle, step by step plan built around your child and your family. No one size fits all approach. Small, consistent steps that lead to real improvement, with an explanation of what to expect at each stage, including the nights that usually feel harder.
Ongoing Support
You will not be doing this alone. I am there to guide and reassure you while you put the plan in place, and extra support can be added at any time. This is the part that decides whether a plan works, because most plans fail on the night the parent is too tired to keep going without someone to check in with.
Common Questions
How much does a sleep consultant cost in the UK?
My packages start at £149 and run to £349, depending on how much ongoing support you want alongside the plan. The first fifteen minute call is free and carries no obligation.
Which package should I choose?
Most families choose Starlight, because the plan matters less than having someone there while you follow it. If you are confident following a written plan on your own, Moonbeam is enough. The free call is there to help you decide, and I will tell you honestly if a cheaper package would do.
Do you offer a guarantee?
No, and I would be cautious of anyone who does. Children are not machines and no honest consultant can promise a result. What I can tell you is what usually happens, how long it usually takes, and when I think something other than sleep support is what you need.
How long until we see a difference?
It depends on your child’s age and what is causing the problem. Many families notice something within the first week, and most plans run over two to three weeks. SEND plans are usually paced more slowly and deliberately so.
Do you leave babies to cry?
No. I do not use controlled crying, cry it out, or any method that relies on a child being left in distress.
Do you work online or in person?
Most of my work is done online, so you can be anywhere in the UK. Face to face is available in Herefordshire.
What age do you work with?
From birth to twenty five years. Support beyond eighteen is unusual in this field and it exists here because sleep difficulties do not stop at a birthday.
Can I pay in instalments?
Ask me on the free call.
